Shipping and Delivery

 

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

 

Delivery Information

 

We deliver to the Republic of South Africa only. We strive to offer the highest levels of service to our customers. We will ship your goods as soon as payment is received and cleared in our account. 

If the products are in stock, delivery to you should take a maximum of two to three business days, within the Gauteng region. Outside of these areas, you should receive delivery in a maximum of five business days.

We have outsourced all delivery and collection arrangements. Accordingly, we cannot, be liable for any damage suffered or loss incurred by reason of any acts or omissions of the deliverer, its directors, employees, sub-contractors, agents, representatives and/or affiliates.

Deliveries are carried out Mon - Fri  during office hours 09:00 to 17:00. If you place an order on a weekend or public holiday, your order will be processed the next business day.

When ordering please specify your cellphone number and delivery address (not a P. O Box) where you will be available during office hours to accept delivery.

Delivery Areas


Please chose the correct colour from the below map corresponding to the area where you would like your parcel to be delivered. Should you chose an incorrect colour, we reserve the right to ammend your order with the correct colour code for your area. The difference in cost will be added to your order. We will notify you of this change before processing your order.
